Benjamin Murphy

Benjamin Murphy was awarded a BA in Geography and Politics from University College Dublin in 2013 and an MSc in Environmental Sciences from Trinity College, Dublin in 2016. His research interests include food sustainability, urban sustainability and sustainable transport. Benjamin’s MSc dissertation focused on assessing the sustainability of food sharing activities in cities. Benjamin is particularly interested in food sustainability having trained and worked as a chef for 8 years before returning to academia to pursue an interest in geography, politics and the environment.
