Alan Dowdall was awarded a BSc in Environmental Science from Trinity College Dublin in 2016 and an MSc in Environmental Sciences from Trinity College, Dublin in 2017. His research interests include environmental sustainability, food sustainability and food safety. Alan’s MSc dissertation focused on the multilevel governance of food with a specific focus on food safety and the redistribution of surplus food.
